This section applies to payment-related issues such as technical failures, duplicate charges, or payments not reflecting in our official records. Refund eligibility for Courses and Digital Content access is governed by the Return and Refund Policy linked above.
8.1 Technical issues
In case of any technical error where payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official order records, the Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the bank or Payment Processor. - For instructor-led programs, scheduling details, session duration, and program structure are described on the product page, at checkout, or during onboarding communications.
- No refunds are provided after the first live class is delivered, or if the cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the first scheduled live class, except where required by law or as stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
