This Return and Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for payments made on LorraineMusic.ai (the Website) and for related online learning services operated by LORRAINE MUSIC AUGMENTED INTELLIGENCE PRIVATE LIMITED (the Company, we, us, our).
Our offerings are primarily digital services and digital access. Because access may be granted immediately after a successful payment, returns in the physical sense do not apply. Except for the payment-discrepancy cases listed in Section 3 below, all payments are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

- Course: A digital self-study (async) pack or an instructor-led (sync) program purchased through the Service.
- Digital Content: Video or interactive lessons, quizzes, songs, AI evaluation, PDFs, downloads, and similar online learning materials provided through the Service.
- Order: Your payment for a product, plan, membership, or access to digital services or digital content through the Website.
- Payment Processor: Axis Bank payment gateway and its authorized payment partners used to process payments.
- You: The individual (or legal entity) purchasing or using the Service.
2. Key Principles
- All Courses are non-transferable once purchased and associated with a user account.
- This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
3. Payment discrepancy refunds and cancellations
3.1 Technical issues
In case of any technical error where payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official order and billing system, LORRAINE MUSIC AUGMENTED INTELLIGENCE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for bank-side or payment gateway-side failures. If such a case is confirmed by the payment gateway, reconciliation will be initiated.
3.2 Multiple payments
If duplicate or multiple payments are made for the same transaction, and this is confirmed by the payment gateway, we will process a refund for the excess amount. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 10 to 15 working days (or such longer period as required by the issuing bank or payment method).

3.4 Non-refundable transactions (payment discrepancies)
Except for the cases mentioned above, all other payments made are non-refundable and cancellations are not permitted for payment discrepancies, subject to this Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
4. Products Covered
The Service may offer the following product categories (names and inclusions may be updated on the Website from time to time):
- Async Trial Pack (INR 999): limited self-study access for a short trial period.
- Async Module Pack (INR 9,999): self-study access for one module (part) of the course.
- Async Full Pack (INR 40,000): full self-study access to all modules of the course.
- Sync + Async Full Pack (INR 90,000): instructor-led live online learning plus full digital access.
5. How payment discrepancy refunds are processed
- Submit your request by email (see Contact section) with your Order ID, date of payment, and the email or mobile number used at checkout.
- We may ask for additional details to verify identity and prevent fraud.
- If confirmed by the payment gateway, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout whenever possible.
- Refund timelines depend on banks and card issuers. Typically, confirmed payment discrepancy refunds are processed within 10 to 15 working days, but may take longer for international cards or certain payment methods.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Issues
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank may result in temporary suspension of access while the issue is reviewed.
