Pricing Policy for LorraineMusic.ai

This Pricing Policy explains how pricing, fees, taxes, payments, and access periods work on LorraineMusic.ai. It applies to purchases of our AI-enabled music education offerings, including self-study course packs (asynchronous learning) and instructor-led programs (synchronous learning).

1. Scope and applicability

This policy applies to all products and services offered for sale on LorraineMusic.ai, including associated digital content, assessments, quizzes, certificates (where applicable), and support services.

If there is any mismatch between promotional or marketing content and the price or terms shown at checkout, the checkout details at the time of purchase will apply.

2. Plans, pricing, and inclusions

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. Each plan specifies its inclusions and access period. All fees listed below are one-time payments unless expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page.

• Async Trial Pack (Starter): INR 999, 7-day access (24 x 7).
• Async Part Pack (Pocket Friendly, 1 of 5 parts): INR 9,999, 60 days access (24 x 7).
• Async Full Pack (Complete Course, all 5 parts): INR 40,000, 365 days access (24 x 7).
• Sync plus Async Full Pack (Instructor-led): INR 90,000 per student, validity up to 365 days.

2.1 Async Trial Pack (Starter)

Fee: INR 999 (one-time payment).

Access: 24 x 7 for 7 days.

Includes:

• 3 guided lessons plus 1 song (foundation focused).
• PDF worksheet(s).
• AI evaluation.
• Agent support access.

2.2 Async Part Pack (Pocket Friendly, 1 of 5 parts)

Fee: INR 9,999 (one-time payment).

Access: 24 x 7 for 60 days.

Includes:

• 14 guided lessons plus 12 songs (foundation plus performance readiness).
• PDF worksheet(s).
• AI evaluation.
• Reinforced learning through quizzes.
• Agent support access.
• 1 webinar.
• Eligible for micro credits, where applicable.

Note: This plan is described as a one-time purchase for each part. Learners may purchase additional parts separately if they choose to continue.

2.3 Async Full Pack (Complete Course, all 5 parts)

Fee: INR 40,000 (one-time payment).

Access: 24 x 7 for 365 days.

Includes:

• 67 guided lessons plus 65 songs (full course access across all modules).
• PDF worksheet(s).
• AI evaluation.
• Reinforced learning through quizzes.
• Agent support access.
• 5 webinars.
• Eligible for a certificate, where applicable.
• Eligible for enrollment into the next course, where applicable.

2.4 Sync plus Async Full Pack (Instructor-led)

Fee: INR 90,000 per student (one-time payment).

Validity: up to 365 days from purchase or completion of the course, whichever is earlier.

Includes:

• Instructor-led online live learning with an online teacher.
• A scheduled learning plan (currently communicated as 44 weeks of learning).
• Session duration is currently communicated as 45 minutes per session.
• Feedback and assessment by the teacher during the program.
• Master classes and workshops as you progress (as communicated for the program).
• Course completion certificate, where applicable.

3. Currency and international payments

Prices are primarily listed in INR. If you pay using an international card or from outside India, your bank or card network may apply currency conversion, exchange rates, and additional fees. Any such charges are determined by your bank or card network and are not controlled by the Company.

4. Taxes and invoicing

Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout based on your billing details and the place of supply. Where required, an invoice or receipt will be issued to the contact details linked to your purchase.

5. Payment processing

5.1 Payment gateway

Payments on LorraineMusic.ai are processed through the Axis Bank payment gateway and its acquiring and processing partners. Payment methods available to you depend on what is enabled at checkout.

5.2 When a transaction is treated as complete

A transaction is considered complete only after successful authorization and confirmation from the payment gateway and the issuing bank or payment method (as applicable). If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, access may not be activated or may be suspended until the payment is resolved.

5.3 Security of payment credentials

For security and compliance reasons, we do not store full card details on our systems. Payment credentials are handled by the payment gateway and its regulated partners.

5.4 Convenience fees and bank charges

Any convenience fee or transaction charge, if displayed at checkout, is payable by you. Your bank or card network may also apply additional fees (including international conversion charges) that we do not control.

6. Payment discrepancy refunds and cancellations

6.1 Technical issues

In case of any technical error where payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official order and billing system, LORRAINE MUSIC AUGMENTED INTELLIGENCE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for bank-side or payment gateway-side failures. If such a case is confirmed by the payment gateway, reconciliation will be initiated.

6.2 Multiple payments

If duplicate or multiple payments are made for the same transaction, and this is confirmed by the payment gateway, we will process a refund for the excess amount. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days (or such longer period as required by the issuing bank or payment method).

6.4 Non-refundable transactions (payment discrepancies)

Except for the cases mentioned above, all other payments made are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted for payment discrepancies, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

7. Price changes, promotions, and corrections

We may change prices at any time, including for promotions, product updates, or market conditions. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Promotional offers are valid only for the time period and conditions stated on the offer page or at checkout. Coupons generally cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

If we discover a clear pricing or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

8. Access activation and expiry

Digital access is time-bound, as stated for each plan. Access typically begins once payment is successfully confirmed and your account is activated.

If you do not complete the course within the validity or access period, access may expire at the end of that period. If access expires, renewal, re-purchase, or an upgrade may be required to regain access, subject to product availability and the then-current price.

Planned maintenance or unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect access. We aim to restore services as quickly as reasonably possible.

9. Renewals, upgrades, and plan changes

Unless expressly stated at checkout, our plans are sold as one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

If you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference and terms (including the new access period) will be communicated at checkout or by our support team before confirmation.

10. Related policies

This Pricing Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy published on LorraineMusic.ai. If there is any conflict, the Terms and Conditions will generally govern, unless the Return and Refund Policy specifically governs the matter or mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
