We provide music education programs, including:

(a) self-paced learning content with guided lessons, songs, worksheets, quizzes, webinars, certificates, and AI evaluation features, and

(b) live online classes with teachers, assessments, workshops, and certification.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Service, create an account, purchase a plan, participate in lessons, or otherwise interact with us.

4.2 Learning content and AI evaluation inputs

To deliver music education features, we may process inputs associated with learning activities, which may include:

(a) Audio recordings or performance samples submitted for evaluation,

(b) Practice and interaction logs (for example, lesson attempts, scores, timing, completion, and access periods),

(c) Content you upload or enter (for example, answers, notes, or comments).

We may use deidentified and aggregated information to improve our lesson design and evaluation models. We do not attempt to reidentify deidentified data.

4.3 Information collected automatically

(b) Usage data: interactions with lessons, pages, features, and buttons.
